I think it's fixed. I'm not sure. I've been having the most frustrating time with Gatsby and getting images to work, even while following all the tutorials. I finally found that thread and decided upgraded the project through yarn (including gatsby-remark-relative-images 0.2.1) and it worked again. Then it broke again. Then I just decided to update Gatsby and all it's plugins today and images are working again. Seriously? Why are there so many bugs? Why are images to hard to deal with? Sorry, I'm venting. Thanks.

No need to apologize at all! I am glad to hear it's working for you. i didn't encounter any of these issues with gatsby, but i am using MacOS and Linux, most of the packages are tested in these environment. There are simply too little Win10 users, to catch these bugs and the issue could originate from upstream. i think this will change if Win10's CLI will improve. Thank you for letting us know about this issue.
