  • Add pytest as a dev dependency to the pyproject
  • Add pymaster as an extra
  • Write a script that is auto-executed to handle the conda env problem with pymaster

not sure how to address the final item. I've already tried to do that within the conda-env.yml and couldn’t make it work, but I'm happy to hear other solutions. Should we have two scripts that do all of the conda env...; pip install . sequentially depending on whether or not the user has a new Mac? Or is this more along the lines of a makefile with flags that we describe in the readme?
