Pred functions are outdated

The normalize_pred_string(), is_valid_pred_string(), and split_pred_string() functions in mrs.components insist on the _rel suffix, but this goes against the grain of current movements to normalize predicates. These can be updated to silently ignore _rel suffixes, or maybe removed entirely.
