convert command should not crash on broken MRSs

Running delphin convert at the command line currently crashes if any of the input items are disconnected graphs (or for possibly other reasons). It should be possible (maybe by default, or via an option) to capture such errors, print a warning, and move on to the next item. Otherwise these crashes block people from converting corpora unless they manually remove (or fix) each broken item.
