[Feature] Add config option to disable Sanitize confirmation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not really a problem, but I would add a configuration option to disable the Sanitize confirmation.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would add a config option (eg: sanitizeNoConfirm, disableSanitizeConfirmation, ...) that would disable the confirmation and immediately do the action.
The current behaviour would be the default.

Additional context
If this is a feature people would like to add I would like to contribute it to the project.
