infowindow doesn't close on Android

Implemented the fix described here, but the close button is still un-clickable on Android 2.3.7.

I believe this one was solved a couple of releases ago. Please try
http://dev.instagis.com/fusion/ (it's using gmaps's dev release) on a mobile device.

I can't find a formal declaration of the issue being fixed, but one of the project owners marked the issue as obsolete.

I remember having a similar issue on Ipad, but it went away somewhere during 2013.

Considering we upgraded to 3.17 in #36, perhaps this can be closed.

Yup, the issue was opened on Aug 30 2012, and marked as obsolete on Aug 27 2014.
