Describe the feature request below
Please add an option to search for emoji. currently, it can be quite hard to find a specific emoji among all of the existing ones.

  • Add some button in emoji picker that goes to search view
  • The emoji picker serach view could look something like this:
    • emoji-picker-search
    • the emoji results are side-scrolling
    • the emoji are searched based on their standardised names and tags, fuzzily. tags and names can be found for example here, but i'd hope that the emoji2 picker exposes some information about the emoji.

This would make this a messagease killer even without a bunch of other key features, honestly. Already having all the emojis is better than messagease ever did, if I could actually search for them without switching to another keyboard, I'd never look back if they paid me to go back to ME 😄
