Add speaker info to the frontmatter on the talk page

There's a lot of stuff that is in the speaker data file right now; this seems simpler to just put it in the frontmatter of the page.

The only challenge is going to be with something like "bio", which needs special formatting. We don't support that in the datafile right now, but we can definitely support markdown in the future (need to make sure to pass this to markdownify.

Not sure how to handle paragraphs, etc - will need to test this.

There will be some stuff that lives in the frontmatter of the talk page, but that is only talk-specific items. Speaker-specific items will remain in the datafile for the speaker.
