Allow comments on 'talk' and 'workshops' in programs

Currently the 'custom' type allows for comments in the program page.

I would like to expose the same comments field for talks & workshops to, this could, for example, help in putting which room (e.g. when multiple events are scheduled for the same time like multiple workshops or an alternative track to open spaces).
