这个是什么参数？

可以理解为实际操作前的预操作，主要看一下输入是否能正确跑完整个流程，体实现后面需要调研一下怎么操作。

这个是不是类似参数的完整校验呢？如果是的话已经有专项了，这个就可以关掉了。
