上传临时 OSS 时海外地域使用加速域名 #974

国内用户上传代码包到海外地域时会出现超时等问题，所以目前海外地域和香港地域开启了加速域名。S 工具也可以使用 OSS 加速域名来解决国内用户向海外地域传代码包的超时问题。

例如：https://fc-hk-mongkok-temp-code.oss-accelerate.aliyuncs.com
