No Aero Glass effect in win10 21H2 + Qt5.12.11

Hi, first of all thanks for this project reference, The one on the left does not seem to have a transparent frosted effect (Aero Glass)?
And the right one also does not have

Doesn't seem to work on win10 21H2 + Qt5.12.11 OR MSVC 2019?

Is it only possible to use the win SDK to complete Aero Glass?
