I didn't use this for a few weeks as the Readme says "Import-Module PoshGist" and just got errors. This is wrong. Please change that to:
Import-Module Posh-Gist or Import-Module -Name Posh-Gist

Also, this statement is incorrect "After doing an Import-Module PoshGist Ctrl+Shift+S is wired up in PowerShell ISE". I open up ISE and I look in the Add-ons folder, try Ctrl+Shift+S and nothing happens. No Gist is created. Keen to use the tool. It installed from the PowerShellGallery but after that it does nothing (or I can't see how to make it do anything yet!). Looks a really useful tool, so I'm looking forward to knowing how to run it! Please add a reproducible setup procedure so that anyone can setup and use the tool.
