Unsupported domain in dhall-nixpkgs

This tool currently only translates the following domains into Nix dependencies:

* raw.githubusercontent.com
* gist.githubusercontent.com
* prelude.dhall-lang.org

One of the Dhall project's dependencies:

... used the following unexpected domain:

i think i would suggest doing this in two steps:

• add support for gitlab
• add support for custom gitlab domains like yours
