This is in line with a policy of supporting the latest 3 versions.

Sadly the latest PyPy still is on Python 3.7

UPDATE: 2021-10-25; pypy3.8-7.3.6 is available in pyenv on macOS on Linux.

UPDATE 2: This was unexpected: https://github.com/pyenv/pyenv/pull/2132/files
