Suggested changes to utfall and

Some things to change with the study itself:

• Change the label from 'type/utfall' to something else - seeking suggestions i.e. kilde (source)
• Work out a way to find all issues that reference that utfall
• To also indicate from within utfall i.e. put a header within utfall where that link can exist
• Alternatively: Add in issue "all findings are in the log below"
