Add Version 2.5.0 to MavenCentral

Hi,

First, thank you for your amazing work on the WilliamChart library. I'm currently working on a project that depends on version 2.5.0 of WilliamChart, but I noticed that this version is no longer available for download from the standard repositories (e.g., JCenter and MavenCentral).

Since JCenter has been sunsetted and 2.5.0 was not migrated to MavenCentral, I’m unable to resolve this dependency in my project. Could you please upload version 2.5.0 to MavenCentral or any other active repository?

This would greatly help those of us who still need to use this version.
