Vehicles can be piloted while unconscious

When a player is downed while driving, they are still able to steer their vehicle while bleeding out though they do not appear to be able to control speed. This has been tested on the RHIB boats but is presumably true for all vehicles.

RHIB boats are a bit weird as they can still maintain speed even when no one is steering them. It should be tested for other vehicles as well first.
