Preview gets rendered under each existing comment under certain circumstances #98

To produce this problem I do this:

Place a set of comments at root level
Preview another comment, then post it
Refresh page
Preview another comment -> preview is rendered multiple times under all existing comments

Confirmed, this depends on whether you create a top-level comment, or respond to a thread.
