Add support for decoding Manchester-encoded data from Voyager 1 Space Probe

Last week, I built a High Gain antenna in my backyard, and it appears to be capable of receiving signals from NASA's Voyager 1 Space Probe.

However, I require assistance in decoding the data from these signals. The data is Manchester-encoded and biphase-modulated onto a 512 HZ square wave subcarrier.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could add support for decoding this type of data to the existing program.
