Support acl of docker containers

Now the root or some user starts the docker daemon and have full control of all docker containers. This should be changed in the future because we always want the owner of the container to start/stop/delete his or her container but not others.

I don't know I should open the issue in docker or libtrust. Just put here now.

This is the great and general problem that someone asked me. Please have a careful consideration 😃
