This also affects Linux with amdgpu and mesa, but the glitched line in the middle of the screen was fixed in recent versions, so only the shadows issue remains

please be a bit more specific about the mesa version you use.

Mesa 21.0.2

Sorry, I should've been more specific, it's working with more recent wine / dxvk (not sure) using the GE fork

Just noting that i also reproduce this on my R9 380 and mesa. I don't remember which version, but not too long ago.
Both the line down the middle and shadow issue

Can confirm shadow issue is fixed by #2957
Rainbow line is still an issue with dxvk on both windows and linux. But on Linux with radv RADV_DEBUG=nodcc seems to fix it on my R9 380 (@DadSchoorse's suggestion).
