Describe the bug
When removing a person from an event after the unattend deadline an email is sent to the arranging committee. This is to enable some accountability when removing people from events.
#2531 introduces a weakness to this systems. Due to issues explained in that PR it was decided that we should not send email when you unattend yourself. This does open for people removing themselves from events after the deadline.
However, as we now have implemented restrictions so that committees can only access their own events in the dashboard the risks of this is very limited. It was decided that we can solve this minor issue later.
