Add Microsoft Entra Auth

Currently, adding support for Microsoft Entra to a web app is a manual process. It requires quite a few steps so the possibility of missing a step or misconfiguring a component is high and leads to frustration. It would be a far superior experience to use a Connected Services style interaction to prompt the user and scaffold all of the necessary code and dependencies.
