Lot of the legacy code is lost from partial views, we need a feature to help auto upgrade partial views

Cmd-line or Right click on PartialViews in the Folder and get a convert to ViewComponents or TagHelpers

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen. Include any alternative solutions you've considered.

We've moved this issue to the Backlog milestone. This means that it is not going to be worked on for the coming release.
