If the user uses a compiled model EF doesn't need NullabilityInfoContext.

Instead, we could throw when NullabilityInfoContextSupport is set to false and compiled model isn't being used.

AppContext.TryGetSwitch("System.Reflection.NullabilityInfoContext.IsSupported", out bool isSupported)
