Provide nightlies for Windows ARM64 #2068

Is this still something being considered? @richlander @livarcocc |
@tannergooding @richlander @livarcocc - I believe this will be possible to do. I've successfully built the .NET Core SDK for ARM64. It will have to rely on nightlies being built for the ASPNetCore runtime that target ARM64 (another thing I was able to successfully build). The best course of action will be for me to submit PRs for both the ASPNETCore repo and the core-sdk repo, knowing it will require a lot of scrutiny. Thoughts? My tweet displaying this running on ARM64 from my Surface Pro X: https://twitter.com/sinclairinator/status/1208572416869502976?s=20 |
Cool. We're working on this. We plan to ship .NET Core 3.1 for Windows ARM64 in the first half of 2020. |
This made my entire night. Thanks!

@richlander thank you so much for taking away all my anxiety! |
We are already producing nightlies for Windows ARM64 on dotnet/core-setup. It would be nice to do the same for core-sdk so that acquisition and end-to-end testing is easier.
