But what if I want to use Maui to create a normal exe?
I would like to use Maui to compile exe in Windows and apk/aab for andoird! And then also for Linux and Mac in their respective formats.

Windows Unpackaged support is still work in progress

Indeed as mentioned the so-called unpackaged support is in progress. That is the closest thing to a "normal exe".

APK/AAB building is already supported, just as creating an APP file for macOS, all is described in the docs: https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/maui/deployment/?view=net-maui-7.0

Unfortunately, we don't have support for Linux at this time.
