Moving this to .NET 10

x64 is fairly low priority for Mono as is and we have a couple known issues being tracked around its SIMD support not working or generally not being available on some backends (it works for MonoLLVM but not for MonoJIT, for example).

There's planned work to improve this, iteratively, and we are seeing significant improvements for the higher priority Mono platforms (Arm64 and WASM) and the platforms where we know x64 is accelerated (such as MonoLLVM).

CC. @matouskozak, please feel free to disagree in which case I can look at getting a more targeted fix in for MonoJIT x64
