I’ve been working with Docker lately (for WebSphere Liberty).

Now that I'm using Docker with Windows WSL2, I'm guessing this won't be the same requirements or behavior. Maybe none of this extra work will be necessary?

But I'm also no longer using this internal repo, so I don't have a ready test scenario.
