All i get is a the black overlay window with a loading animation.

This happens in both normal and private windows, extensions do not seem to make any difference what-so-ever.

Some privacy-related extensions may cause issues on x.com. Please disable them and try again.

This is what I'm getting in private mode without extensions. Is it the same issue you are having?
