Callback is not a function when using directory

I am using vscode on windows

Whenever I run the above command, I receive a error saying callback is not a function for each time i try to run the command, as shown below

I tried reinstalling the extension, vscode and I also tried to manually create hsnip files in the given path, but the snippets didn't work.
I'm very new to coding, but any help would be appreciated
