Ability to trigger a refresh without closing the program?

A refresh button that would allow the files in the opened folder to show new data without having to close/reopen the program.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Closing and reopening the program refreshes the files, but it is a bit cumbersome.

Additional context
I work on several devices to edit my markdown files and save them to my Nextcloud for syncing. It would be great to either have a live refresh or a button to trigger a refresh of a file without having to close Markflowy down and reopen it.

This feature is indeed necessary and may be implemented by monitoring file modifications and then automatically refreshing
