On my Kindle Paperwhite 1st gen, when using the Bootstrap2 template, initial pages work fine, but those showing the books do not, and it is not currently possible to change the template from the Bootstrap2 template - the Original Template link does nothing.

Suggest making Default template the default again to see if this fixes things.

Changing to outer doublequotes for Javascript doesn't fix the issue :-(

Made default template default, which at least gives a way out. Need to spend some time on bootstrap2 template to see if I can fix this.
