Get straight to the books rather than a list of categories.

The user will be able to choose from options in the addon configuration. This will then set $config['cops_home_page'] by adding it to the end of config_local.php. This is then used to set the default page in index.php.

Unfortunately, this does not currently seem to work as expected - see line 24 of index.php.
