I am trying to re-run SingleR on my data but getting following error:

Error in value[3L]: 'assay(, i="character", ...)' invalid subscript 'i' 'dimnames' applied to non-array

I did not get this error previously when I ran it on same data, but now it is giving this error. Any idea what is happening?
