Description

Updates the local refresh script with:

  • Various fixes.
  • Progress bar.
  • Improved error handling.
  • Remove reliance on liquibase.properties in olcs-etl.
  • Fixes CLI jobs. Connection to the DB was erroring due to a flag we don't need.
