Describe the issue

The github link at the bottom of the page should go to - dwp/design-system-community-backlog#64

Currently it refreshes the page

Steps to reproduce the issue

Go to session timeout page and click on github ticket link at bottom of page

Actual vs expected behaviour

Currently refreshes page
Should send users here dwp/design-system-community-backlog#64
