管理员导入卡密（卡密自动生成）

电脑手机都可以操作

卡密分为两大类：

1.限制有效期；日租、月租、年租、小时组
2.限制使用次数；次数可自定义，激活1次可使用1天，不限日期。

防止同一个卡密多ip重复使用 bindip.php 这是一个额外功能

需要此功能则将其引入index.php，不需限制则无需引入
