Summary of meeting

Merge prefect-viadot into viadot
Create Dockerfile with additional logic to prepare 3 separate builds: aws, azure, lite/onprem/nocloud/slim

support for prefect v2 and airflow only, no prefect v1

Include logic from werfen-nesso to viadot, only part that is possible to be moved there (eg. requirements, parts from Dockerfile)
