GAMESS-US-gompi2022a builds and puts .lua file where module system can't find it

It seems the GAMESS-US 20230930 release for gompi2022a will install, but the installation and related .lua files (2 copies) are scattered across several subdirectories of ~/.local/easybuild/, which is not where lmod normally looks. I was advised to wrote an issue report for this, although it seems fairly trivial. I take it the easyblock and easyconfig files were still in development?

Unrelated, it would be very helpful for future users to know that they need to run the eb command from within a batch script.
