Upgrade / Uninstall

I was getting errors and it turns out I needed to upgrade the library. I created a pull request to update the Readme.

However today I had trouble again despite having the latest version (I think!). To fix this I completely uninstalled and installed (same version) again.

Question - should I update Readme to suggest uninstall if upgrade doesn't work?

By that I mean is that the best solution as I'm no expert! Or possible things is
a) I was making some other errors
b) upgrade bit could be tweaked
c) a new version was made available and I didn't realise meaning it looked like unistall worked when in fact upgrading again might have
