Bug Description:

The preload animation for CDT.cloud blueprint seems to only be used in the electron build, but not in the browser version.

Steps to Reproduce:

Start browser backend
Open in browser
Observe preload spinner

It uses the generic spinning circle, but not the CDT.cloud blueprint animation.
