Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

There is no way to determine plugin utilization in Che workspaces.

Describe the solution you'd like

Create a woopra report leveraging the telemetry system to determine the most commonly installed plugins in a che workspace.

Describe alternatives you've considered

@davidfestal Can you please add some details about what would need to be done after the plug-ins telemetry has been enabled?
