Large descriptors cannot be recorded

Problem Description

The way that eCAL stores descriptor information is limited to 64kB. Thus message descriptors, which may be larger, are not stored in the resulting HDF5 file.

How to reproduce

Create a very complicated / nested protobuf message with nested imports. If the descriptor is too large, descriptor information is missing in the HDF5 file.
