Change folder name 'jaxrs' with 'rest' in tutorials

• Currently, I am working on an Issue of JakartaEE's tutorial project. According to that issue I have to change all files or folders with name or containing artifact jaxrs with rest.

• For the same can I change the folder name of https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-examples/tree/main/tutorial/jaxrs with https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-examples/tree/main/tutorial/rest.
