Create a Graphiti editor

Graphiti is a graphical framework http://www.eclipse.org/graphiti/
You can use it to create a graphical editor for your DSL.
If I were you, I'll start with graphiti by creating a nice picture/icon for each widgets and another picture for the screen and with arrows you can define how a button can switch to another screen etc. It can quickly be very nice to use. For most of the properties you can use the "properties view" like in the ecore tools graphical editor for EMF.
