BPDM does not work with default CX-Central realm config from portal-iam

Current Behavior

This eclipse-tractusx/portal-backend#819 (comment) shows that BPDM can't be used with the default configuration of the CX-Central realm (centralidp instance of Keycloak)

Expected Behavior

BPDM works with the CX-Central realm configuration of the official Tractus-X IAM

Additional Information

Detected in R24.05

Apparently there exists a way to configure a workaround for this situation on BPDM side, therefore it wasn't detected during the E2E tests for R24.05

Here it was asked to provide a description of this workaround.
