the call to our own cmake macro

configure_include_project(ZENOHC zenohc zenohc::lib ".." zenohc "https://github.com/eclipse-zenoh/zenoh-c" "")

doesn't help customer to write their own cmake file for their projects. It would be nice to remove this dependency and use only standard cmake command instead
