We have removed the logback plugins. See #2096 (comment)
We should add them again - #2096 (comment)

If it were possible to have logback (m2e) logging directly in the JDT-LS server logs (${workspaceStorage}/${folder}/redhat.java/jdt_ws/.metadata/.log) instead of the JDT-LS stdout/stderr files used when the system property jdt.ls.debug is enabled (${workspaceStorage}/${folder}/redhat.java/jdt_ws/.metadata/.log/.{out,err}-jdt.ls-${timestamp}.log).
